Miller was hired by Mansfield in August of 2024.
Miller comes to the Mountaineers with a myriad of experience. He last served as the head of strength and conditioning at Lake Erie College (2023-24). During his time at Lake Erie, he was responsible for strength, speed, agility and conditioning programming for more than 500 students.

Under his training, Lake Erie athletes earned an All-American title, five First Team All-Conference awards and over a dozen Second Team All-Conference honors.

Miller started his career at MVP Sport Performance and Dayton Classics in 2021. He was named Assistant Director of Sports Performance in November of that year. Miller led strength speed and agility programming for 60-plus baseball athletes across nine teams. He developed four Division I athletes in addition to many Division II commits from high school seniors in two years with the organization.

Miller graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2021, with a degree in exercise science. He earned his master's degree in applied exercise science from Ashland University in 2022.

He holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and American Red Cross (Adult First Aid/CPR/AED).
