2022-23- (Outdoor) Started the season at the Bison Outdoor Classic in the mile with a time of 6:05.79… Finished the season at the LHU Qualifier finishing second in the 3k with a time of 13:01.31
2021-22 - (Indoor) Started the season off with a PR at the Kane Invitational in the 1k with a time of 3:30.37 ... (Outdoor) started the season at Millersville Metrics in the 800-meter (Apr 2) with a time of 2:43.44… PR’d with a time of 11:18.75 in the 3k at the Elliston Earlybird Open… PR’d in the 5k with a time of 20:17.91 at the Paul Kaiser Classic ... The following week had a second-place finish in the 3k steeple at the LHU Qualifier... competed at PSAC Championship in the 3k steeple, PR’d by sixteen seconds running 12:26.08. Dean's List and PSAC Scholar Athlete.
2020-21 - Named Team's Most Improved Athlete for the second straight season ... Started off the season placing 27th in the 800m (2:53.12) and 10th in the 3K (11:59.91) at the LHU Earlybird (3/27/21) ... Finished 9th in the 1500m (5:25.76) at the Alfred State Invitational (4/9/21) ... Set his PR in the 1500m with a time of 5:25.51 (23rd) at the JMU Invitational (4/17/21) ... Set another PR in the 5K finishing 16th with a time of 20:44.69 at the Paul Kaiser Classic (4/24/21) ... Placed 8th in the Mile with a time of 5:55.46 at the LHU Qualifier (5/1/21)
