2024-25 (Outdoor) – Qualified for the 3,000m steeplechase at the PSAC Championships … Collected multiple top ten program marks in the following: heptathlon (3^rd - 2936 points), 100m hurdles (5^th - 19.51), steeplechase (7^th – 11:54.31), and high jump (9^th - 1.36 m).

2024-25 (Indoor) – Competed in multiple events during the season including high jump (1.43m), 1000 (3:22.14), and the mile (5:41.84).

2023-24 - (Outdoor) Competed in seven events across seven meets... 15th at the PSAC Outdoor Championships in the 3000 with a time of 12:24.97... personal best in the 800 with a time of 2:28.74... two second place finishes at the Mid Week Quad-Meet

2023-24 - (Indoor) Competed in five events at five meets... career best in the 1000 with a time of 3:53.07 at the Southern Tier Invite... personal best of 2:43.07 in the 800 at the RIT Friday Invitational
