2022-23 - (Indoor) Competed in eleven events throughout the season… had a personal best at the Southern Tier in the 1k with a time of 3:14.7 placing 7^th… gained another PR at the Kane Invitational in the 800m (2:31.8) finishing 8^th … held another personal record at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games in the Mile placing 24^th with a time of 5:26.19… finished the season at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the DMR(13:09.74) placing 10^th. (Outdoor) Competed in nine events throughout the season.. had five personal records in a row… in the 5k (18:39.75) placing 17^th at the Colonial Relays… at the Susquehanna Easter Invite in the 1500m with a time of 5:12.63 placing 9^th… in the 3k (10:39.12) placing 19^th at the Bison Outdoor Classic… another personal best at the Courtland classic in the 10k with a time of 40:45.20 taking 2^nd place… in the 3k steeplechase (11:57.95) taking 2^nd at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic… finished the season at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 5k (19:02.62) and 3k steeplechase (12:11.00).


2021-22 - (Indoor) Set a PR at the Highlander Invitational in the 800-meter run (2:42.17) ... followed with another PR in the 1K at the Kane Invitational (3:30.17) ... (Outdoor) Competed at the Elliston Earlybird Open setting a PR in the 3K (11:33.35) … PR'd at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational in the 1500-meter run (5:22.82) … Ran the 3K steeple chase placing third at the Lock Haven qualifier… qualified in the 3K steeple and competed at the PSAC Outdoor Championships, setting a new career best with a time of (12:24.23) ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2020-21 - Started off the season placing 28th in the 800m (2:54.01) at the LHU Earlybird (3/27/21) ... Set her PR in the 800m finishing 13th with a time of 2:38.37 at the Alfred State Invitational (4/9/21) ... Set another PR in the 1500m finishing 25th with a time of 5:32.53 at the JMU Invitational (4/17/21) ... Placed 24th in the 800m with a time of 2:40.56 at the Paul Kaiser Classic (4/24/21) ... Set her PR in the Mile (5:55.00) finishing 7th at the LHU Qualifier (5/1/21)
