Mansfield Athletics

Refael Caushaj was appointed Assistant Coach of the Mansfield Mountaineers women's soccer team on August 19, 2024.

A former professional player in Greece, Refael also coached at San Jose State University, represented the Albanian National Team, and competed in numerous European tournaments.

His experience learning from elite coaches and playing alongside world-class athletes has not only sharpened his football skills but also shaped him into a dedicated and knowledgeable coach.
