2022-23 (Outdoor) – Competed in two events throughout three meets…Set 5000-meter run PR (18:13.17) at Maroon and Gold Invite…ran season best 1500-meter run (5:01.57) at Susquehanna Easter Invite.
2022-23 (Indoor)- Competed in one meet…part of 4x400-meter relay team (3:57.30) at Highlander Invitational.
2021-22 - (Outdoor) Competed in eight races on the season … started the season at the Jim Taylor invitational in the 1500 … competed at the Elliston Earlybird open in the 3k (10:14.53) setting a PR … competed at the 17th annual Paul Kaiser classic in the 1500 (4:47.19) setting a PR … finished the season at the LHU Qualifier setting a PR in the 5k (18:16.04).
2021-22 - (Indoor) Competed in four events on the season … started the season at the Kane Invitational in the 1k … competed in the 1k (3:07.74) at the VMI classic with a PR … finished the season at the Bucknell tune up with two PR’s one in the 800 (2:24.48) and the Mile (5:13.69).
2020-21 - Started off the season setting his PR in the 800m (2:32.20) finishing 31st and placing 13th in the 3K with a time of 10:57.35 at the LHU Earlybird (3/27/21) ... Raced to 6th in the 4x400 (3:58.58) and placed 20th in the 1500m with a time of 4:54.54 at the Alfred State Invitational (4/9/21) ... Set his PR in the 1500m with a time of 4:54.42 placing 15th at the JMU Invitational (4/17/21) ... PR in the 3K racing to 7th with a time of 10:48.55 at the Paul Kaiser Classic (4/24/21) ...Set another PR in the Mile with a time of 5:20.01, placing 16th at the LHU Qualifier (5/1/21)
