2024-25 (Outdoor) – Competed at the PSAC Championship in the 4 x 400-meter relay … Ran the 100-meter dash (12.08), 200-meter (25.11), 400-meter (54.80) and the 4x400-meter relay (3:29.46)

2024-25 (Indoor) – Helped break the program record in the 4 x 200-meter relay with a time of 1:32.52 … Competed at the PSAC Championship in the distance medley relay and the 4 x 400-meter relay … Competed in the 60-meter dash (7.66), 200-meter (24.61) and the 400 (54.71).

2023-24 - (Outdoor) Competed in eight events across five meets... posted a third place finish in the SMR at the Mid Week Quad-Meet... season best of 53.78 in the 400 at the Bucknell Team Challenge

2023-24 - (Indoor) Competed in five meets in 12 events during the season… started at the Southern Tier Invite in the 60m with a time of 7.48 and the 200m with a time of 24.87… debuted in the 4x400m at the Highlander Invitational placing first with a time of 3:41.47… placed first again at the RIT February Friday Invitational in the 4x400m with a time of 3:37.58… rounded out the season at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championship in the 4x400m with a time of 3:40.34. 

2022-23 (Indoor) Competed in five meets… set PR in 200-meter dash (23.74) at SPIRE Collegiate Games… Opened season with career best 60-meter dash (7.34)… ran 300-meter dash (39.01) at Kane Invitational… Ran 4x400 at SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games (3:27.47)

High School - Letterwinner in track and field and soccer at Conrad Weiser ...  specializes in the 400-meter dash ... Boys Track and Field MVP (2021) ...  National Honors Society member (2021-22) ...
