2023-24 - (Indoor) Competed at five meets in five events… started the season at the Houghton December Classic with a time of 15:49.58 in the 5000m… followed up in the mile at the Southern Tier Invite placing tenth with a time of 4:27.25… took first at the Highlander Invitational in the 5000m (16:09.76)… placed 12th at the 2024 YSU Indoor Mid Major Invite with a time of 8:51.64 in the 5000m… finished the season at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championship placing tenth in the 3000m (8:52.54). 

2022-23 - (Outdoor) Competed in six meets…. Set 1500-meter PR (4:05.95) at the Susquehanna Easter Invite…set PR in the 800-meter dash at Cortland classic 1:59.55…ran season best 10K at Colonial Relays 34:50.31…

2022-23 - (Indoor) PSAC Qualifier in the 3K… finished 14^th at PSAC Championships (8:59.15)…ran seventh fastest 3K time in program history (8:42.99)…member of PSAC Championship Distance Medley Relay team that finished fifth (10:18.54)…. set 1K PR at Marc Deneault Invitational…set 5K PR at Highlander invitational (15:48.50)...

2021-22 - (Outdoor) Competed in six events on the season … Started the season at the Jim Taylor invitational with a PR in the 5k (16:19.14) … followed that up at the 39^th Millersville metrics with a PR in the 1500 (4:05.97) … Competed in the 10,000 meter run (33:39.06) with a first place finish … This time qualified him for the PSAC Outdoor championships … Has the tenth best 10k time in school history … Dean’s List … PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2021-22 - (Indoor) Competed in eight events on the season … started the season at the AL Hall Freedom games with a first place finish in the 3k (9:12.96) … competed at the 23^rd annual Bison Open qualifying for the PSAC championship meet for the mile … competed at the VMI Classic in the 3k (9:10.21) setting a PR … competed at the Bucknell Tune up having a PR in the 800 (2:02.01) … finished the season at the PSAC Indoor Championship having a PR in the Mile (4:27.63) and raced in the DMR
