2021-22 - (Indoor) Raced in eight races on the season … started the season at the AL hall Freedom Games with a fourth-place finish in the 3k … had a PR in the mile at the Highlander Invitational (4:52.13) … had three more PR’s throughout the season in the 5k (16:58.94), 3k (9:32.90), and 800 (2:14.60) … finished the season at the PSAC indoor track and field championships in the DMR. (Outdoor) Started the season with a 4^th-place finish in the 3000-meter run at the Al Hall Freedom Games (9:37.63) … bested that time at the VMI Classic with a personal record of 9:32.90 … ran a PR in the mile at the Highlander Invitational (16:58.94) to place 23^rd … finished 2^nd in the 5000-meter run at the Kane Invitational with a PR time of 16:58.94 … placed 17^th in the 800-meter run with a PR time of 2:14.60 at the Bucknell Tune Up … compete in the DMR at the PSAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing ninth with a time of 11:03.61.

2020-21 - (Outdoor) Began the season setting a PB finishing 9th in the 3K with a time of 9:49.88 and another PB in the 800m (2:22.82) placing 29th at the LHU Earlybird (3/27/21) ... Set his PB in the 200m (24.14) finishing 11th and placed 6th in the 4x400 (3:58.58) at the Alfred State Invitational (4/9/21)  ... Finished with his PB in the 1500m with a time of 4:37.00 placing 14th at the JMU Invitational (4/17/21) ... Placed 6th in the 3K (10:43.62) at the Paul Kaiser Classic (4/24/21) ... Set his PR in the mile (5:03.64) placing 13th at the LHU Qualifier (5/1/21).
