Ricker was a four-year starter for the Mansfield University softball program under head coach Edith Gallagher from 2000-03. Over that span, Ricker started all 147 games at third base where she earned 1st Team All-PSAC East honors in 2000 and 2003 and 2nd Team All-PSAC East honors in 2001 and 2002. Ricker was the first, and currently the only softball player, in MU softball history to earn All-PSAC honors in each of her four seasons. In addition to her All-PSAC honors, Ricker was an All-Region selection in 2003 as well as the MU Female Spring Athlete of the Year in 2002. She was named to All-ECAC South honors in 2000, 2002 and 2003.
