Czarnota enters his third year as a sprint football assistant coach after joining in 2022.
Czarnota has been apart of three successful consecutive .500 or higher winning seasons, including helping land seven First Team, 10 Second Team, and 14 Honorable Mentions members on All-CSFL teams so far, including a CSFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in his first year.
Czarnota, who will coach the receivers and special teams, joins the Mounties after concluding a successful five-year career with NCAA DIII Anna Maria College from 2017-21. Czarnota started a program-record tying 40 consecutive games at long snapper, where he helped lead Anna Maria to a ECFC Championship and NCAA Tournament berth in 2021, a year after the group finished in last place.
Czarnota graduated from Anna Maria College with a bachelor of science degree in fire science in 2021, while also earning a minor in emergency management.
