Bryan Schnell enters his first season with Mountaineer sprint football where he will serve as linebackers coach and recruiting coordinator.
Schnell was a member of the Saint John Fisher College football team from 2010-14. As a member of the offensive line, Schnell helped the Cardinals reach the NCAA Division III quarterfinals and a share of the 2013 ECAC Lambert Trophy awarded to the top program in the region. Schnell graduated from Saint John Fisher with a degree in sport management.
During the 2014 season, Schnell served as a student assistant coach for the Cardinals who won a share of the Empire 8 conference and defeated Western Connecticut State in the ECAC Northwest Bowl.
He is the brother of Mansfield offensive line coach Michael Schnell.
Recruiting areas: Pennsylvania (District VI, VII, VIII), New York (Section 1, 6, 7 & 11), Delaware, Maine and Vermont.
