2022-23 (Indoor) PSAC Qualifier in the 3K…finished 5^th in the 3K at the PSAC Championships 8:48.10…Competed in five meets….Ran second fastest 1K in school history at the marc Deneault Invite (2:29.25)…ran fourth fastest 3K (8:35.95) in program history at Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite….helped DMR team finish fifth in the PSAC Indoor Championships… (Outdoor) PSAC Qualifier in two events…finished seventh in the 800-meter dash (1:59.95) and 17th in the 1500 (4:06.09)…ran third fastest 800-meter run at Maroon and Gold Invite (1:53.59) ….ran third fastest 1500-meter run (3:55.05) at Billy Hayes Invitational….Collected eighth fastest 3K steeplechase (9:52.51) at the Colonial Relays…

2020-21 - Earned All-PSAC honors for his 3rd-place finish in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:55.29 in the final ... Started off the season with an impressive start in the 800m (1:59.89) finishing 5th and placing 3rd in the 3K with a time of 9.17.38 at the LHU Earlybird (3/27/21) ...  Finished 2nd in the 800m (1:57.22) and 6th in the 4x400 (3:58.58) at the Alfred State Invitational (4/9/21)  ... Set his PR in the 1500m with a time of 4:09.79 (10th) at the JMU Invitational (4/17/21) ... Impressive standout win in the 800m and a second place finish in the 4x400 at the Paul Kaiser Classic (4/24/21) ... Placed 3rd in the 400m with a time of 51.35, setting his PR at the LHU Qualifier (5/1/21) ... Finished strong with a 3rd place finish in the 800m (1:54.70) and 6th in the 4d400 (3:25.75) at the PSAC Championships (5/8/21).

2019- 20 –  Team MVP ... Winter Athlete of the Year ... Earned All-Conference honors after finishing third in the mile (4:22.99) at the Indoor Championships ... Opened up his freshmen season finishing 2^nd in the mile (4:28.23) and 8^th in the 4x400 (3:30.61) at the Bison Opener (12/7/19) … Finished 1^st in the 3000 with a time of 8:59.50 at the Houghton December Classic (12/13/19) … Set a PR in the 1000 with a time of 2:38.05 and finished 2^nd in the 4x400 (3:52.70) at the Southern Tier Collegiate Open (12/11/20) … Finished 5^th in the 800 (1:55.67) and finished 6^th in the 4x400 (3:24.09) at the SPIRE Midwest Indoor T&F Open (12/25/20) … Set a PR in the 3000 with a time of 8:51.86 at the Bison Open and Multi (2/1/20) … Finished 37^thin the 4x400 (3:26.95) and 230^th in the mile (4:24.69) at the BU David Hemery Valentine (2/14/20) … Raced to a 1^st place finish in the 4x400 (3:32.22) and a 4^th place finish in the 800 (1:56.93) at the Bucknell Tune Up (2/21/20) … Finished 8^th in the 4x400 (3:30.12), 15^th in the 3000 (9:28.29), 3^rd in the mile (4:22.99), and 13^th in the 800 (2:00.86) at the PSAC T&F Indoor Championship (2/1/20).
