2023-24 - (Outdoor) Competed in seven events on the season... 17th in the 10000 at the PSAC Outdoor Championships... personal bests in the outdoor portion in the 1500, 3000, 5000, and the 10000... Victory in the 10000 (40:13.99) at the Jim Taylor Invite... Fourth in the 1500 (5:10.88) at the Mid Week Quad-Meet... 19:11.05 in the 5000 at the Bucknell Team Challenge... 11:01.14 in the 3000 at the Bison Outdoor Classic

2023-24 - (Indoor) Competed in five events on the season... Set personal best in the mile at the YSU Mid Major with a time of 5:30.92... Achieved another personal best in the 1000 with a time of 3:18.62 at the Southern Tier Invite... Three top six finishes

2022-23 - (Outdoor) Started the season off at the Jim Taylor Invite with the 1500m with a time of 5:18.71… raced a PR at the Susquehanna Easter Invite with a time of 2:29.22 in the 800m taking sixth place… received another personal best at the Courtland classic in the 1500m (5:13.73) placing 12^th… finished the season at the LHU Qualifier placing second in the 5k with a time of 19:58.27.

2022-23 - (Indoor) Started the season at the Nazareth Alumni Invite running the mile with a time of 5:47.14 placing 12^th… placed fourth at the Southern Tier in the 500m with a time of 5:47.14… ran the 1k at the 24^th Annual Bison Open and Multi placing sixth with a time 3:21.06… gained a personal record at the Marc Deneault Invitational in the 600m (1:49.62) taking first place… finished the season at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships racing in the DMR taking tenth place with a time of 13:09.74. 

2021-22 - (Outdoor) Started the season with a PR in the 400-meter run at the Jim Taylor Invitational with a time of 1:08.31… PR’d in the 800-meter run at the Hopkins Loyola invite with a time of 2:31.98 … PR’d in the 1500-meter run at the Paul Kaiser Classic with a time of 5:26.98 ... Dean's List ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2021-22 - (Indoor) Started the season with a PR in the 500-meter run with a time of 1:29.64 at the Annual Bison Open ... Qualified for the DMR to compete at the PSAC Indoor Championships

2020-21 - Started off the season setting her PR in the 800m (2:36.12) finishing 12th at the LHU Earlybird (3/27/21) ...  Finished 4th in the 4x400m (4:38.37) and 11th in the 800m (2:37.66) at the Alfred State Invitational (4/9/21) ... PR in the 400m with a 9th place finish at a time of 1:08.55 at the LHU Qualifier (5/1/21)

High School – Three-year letterwinner at Lower Dauphin High School … Intends to study Political Science … Daughter of Tracy and Gary Duncan.
