2023- Ran in three meets this year… placed 21st in the Short Course Open with a personal best time of 18:25.0 in the 4k… had a time of 26:31.2 at the Lock Haven Invitational in the 6k.

2022 - Did not compete.  

2021 (Fall) - Placed 15th in the Bloomsburg Mansfield Dual 5k with a time of 21:57.0.  

2021 (Spring) - Placed 106th with a time of 22:07.4 at the PSAC Cross Country Championships 5K.
