2022 - Ran in seven events on the year … Earned All-Region honors after finishing 17th with a time of 22:46.3 at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships ... ran a career best 22:44.6 6k at the Ed Winrow Invite finishing 1st overall and winning the invitational … earned all PSAC 2nd-Team honors after finishing 22nd at PSAC Championships … Named to the President's List.  

2021 (Fall) - Placed 8th in the Bloomsburg Mansfield Dual 5k with a time of 20:17.0 ... 69th in the LHU Open/Invitational with a time of 23:56.7 ... 9th at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a time of 23:38.6 ... 37th in the R. K. Munsey Invitational 5k with a time of 20:38.7 ... 46th at the PSAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:40.5 ... competed in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships 6k to earn a 23:14.3 50th place finish.   

2021 (Spring) - Earned All-PSAC honors after placing 18th at the PSAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 19:30.1 ... Named Team MVP.

2019 – Placed 23^rd in the 4K with a time of 18:07 at the Husky Invitational … Finished 255^th at the Lock Haven Invitational with a time of 26:38.4 … 60^th at the Highlander Invitational with a time of 27:08.6 …143^rd at the PSAC Championships with a time of 26:35.3 … Competed in the 6K, racing to a 26:34. 6 145^th finish at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships. 

High School – Two-sport athlete at Cedar Cliff as a member of the cross-country and track & field teams … XC most improved award (2018) … track & field captain (2019) … World Language National Honor Society member.
