CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.- 
Weston Bellows ran for a career high 253 yards to highlight the Mansfield Mountaineers sprint football team's 32-21 victory over Chestnut Hill, on Saturday Nov.1. 
 
Offensively, Bellow's accounted for 300 total yards adding 19 receiving yards and a 28-yard touchdown pass. 
Marcus Quaker had 52 passing yards and 31 yards, and a rushing touchdown, on the ground. 
 
Jackson Taylor led the Mounties (5-1) with eight tackles, 
Ian Mapp and 
Shamus Lesher each accounted for a sack. 
Matt Machmer had his fourth interception of the year to highlight the defense.
 
The Griffins (4-3) struck first on their opening drive, scoring on a nine-yard pass from Anthony Cancellare to Aiden Neff to lead 7-0.
 
The Mounties would answer on their opening drive, putting together a nine play 74-yard drive capped off by a four yard Quaker run. The game would be tied 7-7 at the end of the first quarter. 
 
Chestnut Hill would retake the lead on another connection from Cancellare to Neff to make the score 14-7.
 
The Mountaineer defense would produce some points as a Lesher strip sack would lead to a safety to cut the lead to 14-9.
 
On the ensuing drive, the Mansfield offense would take the lead for the first time on a two-yard run from Bellows. After a failed two-point play, Mansfield would lead 15-14 at halftime.
 
In the third quarter, Mansfield would add to the lead on a 27-yard field goal from 
Nolan Zona. Mansfield would be up 18-14. 
 
The Griffins retook the lead on an eight play 59-yard drive that would be punctuated on a one yard run. Chestnut Hill led 21-18 heading into the final quarter. 
 
Mansfield would claim back the lead, on a 28 yard pass play from Bellows to Machmer, going up by a score of 25-21. 
 
The Mountaineers would add another as Bellows would account for his second rushing touchdown, powering in from four yards, to bring the score to 32-21. 
 
Machmer would get an interception that allowed the Mounties to run out the clock and claim the 32-21 victory.
