Madison Ziska reset the long jump record and
Skylar Brown picked up a pair of victories to highlight the Mansfield Mountaineers women's track and field at the RIT February Friday Invite, on Friday February 9.

Ziska finished second in the long jump, resetting her record with a best mark of 5.47.Â
Â
Brown was the victor in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.70 in the finals. She took the 200-meter dash as well finishing in a time of 24.93.Â
Â
That duo was joined by
Carrie Claypool and
Marissa Allen in the 4x400-meter relay that claimed the top spot with a time of 4:25.36.Â

Abigail Taylor also competed in the triple jump finishing third with an 11.17-meter mark and joined Ziska in the long jump finishing 11
th with a mark of 5.00 meters. That ties her for the fourth longest jump in program history.Â

Claypool also took fifth place in the mile run with a time of 5:40.29
Â
Allen and
Anissa Lytle competed in the 800-meter run finishing 11
th (2:43.07) and 18
th (2:56.77) respectively.

Anna Duncan finished 6
th in the 3K with a time of 11:07.00.

Blaze Wood set a new PR in the shot put with a mark of 7.11 meters.
Â
Qualified Mountaineers will next compete at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships starting Sunday, February 18.Â
