Carly Daniels stared for the Mansfield Mountaineer track and field team with an eighth-place finish in the 10,000-meter run on night one of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Outdoor Track and Field Championships, on Thursday, May 11.

Daniels finished on the podium after crossing the line in a time of 38:30.81. Daniels entered the race as the 13
th seated athlete. That time is a personal best by almost two minutes (40:18.70). Â Â

Daniels and nine other mountaineers will compete in day two of the PSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, hosted by Slippery Rock University, on Friday, May 12.
