SELINSGROVE, Pa. –
Angie Colon and
Carly Daniels each had third place finishes to highlight the Mansfield University women's track and field team at the Susquehanna Multi & Easter Invitational on Saturday, April 8.

Colon finished third in the 5K with a time of 19:45.88.
Â
Daniels finished third in the 1500-meter run with a PSAC qualifying time of 4:54.11.
Bailey Morgan and
Carrie Claypool finished ninth and 10
th in the race with times of 5:12.63 and 5:15.33 respectively.

Kayla Crawford finished fifth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:01.91, while
Jakayla Holmes finished 11
thwith a time of 1:06.59.

Madison Ziska had a pair of sixth place finishes. The first coming in the 200-meter dash, in a time of 27.14. She also placed sixth in the long jump with a mark of 5.10, which is the fifth best mark in school history.Â

Anna Duncan finished sixth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:29.22.
Anissa Lytle finished 20
th with a time of 3:02.20.

Blaze Wood took seventh in the javelin with a best mark of 26.39.

In the shot put Kaelyn Crawford finished 12
th (8.26 meters) and
Delaney Clark finished 13
th (7.08 meters).Â

The Mountaineers are back in action, Saturday April 22, as they compete in the both Morgan State Legacy Meet and the University of Rochester Alumni Invitational.Â
