LEWISBURG, Pa.-
Skylar Brown reset their own 60-meter dash records to highlight Mansfield Women's Track and Field on the first day of the PSAC Indoor Championships on Saturday, Feb. 25.
Brown hit a time of 7.64 and qualified for the finals of the 60-meter dash after finishing fifth in the preliminary round. She also qualified for the 200-meter dash final after finishing sixth with a time of 25.55.
Carly Daniels had a podium finish in the 5K finishing eighth with a time of 18:23.70.
The women's distance medley relay team that consisted of
Carrie Claypool,
Kayla Crawford,
Anna Duncan and
Bailey Morgan, finished 10
th with a time of 13:09.74.
Athletes that qualify for the NCAA DII Track & Field Championships will travel to Virginia Beach, Va. on Friday, March 10. Mansfield will begin the outdoor season on Saturday, March 25, as they travel to Selinsgrove, Pa. to compete in the Jim Taylor Invitational.
