ITHACA, N.Y. – The Mansfield University women's track and field team put in a good showing at the Marc Deneault Invitational, hosted by Cornell University, on Saturday, Feb. 18.
 
Anna Duncan picked up her first collegiate win, taking the top spot in the 600-meter dash with a time of 1:49.62. Anissa Lytle finished third with a 2:13.23.
 
Carly Daniels finished second in the 100-meter run, finishing in 3:06.39, which is the sixth fastest in program history. Bailey Morgan finished fourth with a time of 3:16.08. Carrie Claypool (3:21.98) and Shelby Alexander (3:23.84) finished eighth and ninth. 
 
Island Blanche finished fourth in the 60-meter dash finals with her best time being 8.09 in that round. 
 
Blanche retuned for the 200-meter dash finishing sixth. She was joined by Kayla Crawford in the event who finished 13^th (28.20).
 
Crawford also finished 18^th in the 400-meter gash with a time of 1:05.20
 
Madison Ziska finished sixth in the long jump with a best mark of 5.00 meters.
 
The qualified Mounties will compete next in the PSAC Championships from Feb. 25-26, at Bucknell University.
