BLOOMSBURG Pa.- The Mansfield men's cross country team competed at the BU Invitational on Saturday afternoon and the team took home sixth place out of ten teams.

David Wootten found a top-20 finish today, placing an impressive 17th place finish with a time or 27:41.2. 

Isaac Showers finished next on the team in 29th with a time of 28:05.5.

Derek Simpson's time of 28:51.4 year earned him 41st. 

Owen Showers finished 56th overall with his finishing time of 29:43.6.

Rylan Ebner landed 65th in the final standings with a time of 29:57.7.

Bobby Repp rounded out the team in 86th with a time of 37:18.8.

The Mounties finished sixth in team standings with 169 points.

Mansfield next race is the PSAC Championships hosted by Bloomsburg on October 21.
