NEW HAVEN, Conn. – After leading the Mansfield University sprint football team to their first ever victory over University of Pennsylvania on Friday, sophomore quarterback
Cahsid Raymond (Philadelphia, Pa. / Benjamin Franklin) was tabbed Collegiate Sprint Football League (CSFL) Offensive Player of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday afternoon, Oct. 31.
Â
Raymond has landed on the CSFL weekly award's list during every week but one, while notching his second Offensive Player of the Week nod this season.
Â
Raymond could do no wrong on Saturday, hurling four touchdowns on 23-of-38 passing for 272 yards. Raymond finished the outing with a 155.2 passing rating, adding a team-high 82 yards on the ground on 17 attempts.

Senior
Matt Robert (Horseheads, N.Y. / Horseheads) and freshman
Ian Mapp (Burlington Township, N.J. / Burlington Township) were named to the weekly Honor Roll for their efforts Saturday on defense. Robert continued his dominate senior season, leading the Mounties' defensive unit with 10 tackles, 1.5 sacks and a pass breakup, while Mapp added eight tackles, including 3.5 for loss and a sack.
