Spry, a third-party technology solution designed to help colleges and universities navigate the rapidly evolving NIL landscape, will partner with Mansfield University (MU) to help the school's athletic department manage compliance issues that arise as student-athletes sign contracts to leverage their NIL.

MU, a member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, is a public, regional, comprehensive institution committed to providing access and offering high-quality education to its students. The university sponsors varsity programs in NCAA Division II with 13 intercollegiate men's and women's sports.

Spry has been very active in the NIL space since launching almost two years ago as the only compliance-focused solution for the athletic departments. It has signed on many colleges and universities across the country, such as Penn State University, Wake Forest, and now MU (an NCAA Division II program).
