SALISBURY, Md. –
Allison McCurry finished fourth overall to lead the Mountaineer women to a third place team finish on Saturday morning at the Salisbury Invitational.

McCurry clocked in a time of 23:10 in the 6K race and was just 14 seconds behind the winning time. The senior has been the top finisher for Mansfield in all three of the Mounties' 6K races this season.

Kirsten Anderson and
Melanie Hilliard finished 15
th and 16
th respectively at 23:56 while
Nicole Weisser and
Kenzie Jones had excellent showings with finishes of 38
th and 41
st.

As a team, Mansfield took third out of 12 teams with an average time of 24:15.

The men's team was once again led by sophomore
Ryan Clifford who finished 24
th overall with his time of 27:11 in the 8K run.
Quashaun Jaquay Willis and Baily Lutz were not far behind at 27:43 and 27:57 respectively.

The Mountaineer men took sixth out of eight teams with an average time of 29:40.

Mansfield travels to Bloomsburg next week.
