Mansfield takes a 2-0 loss to Kutztown University to round out the season

KUTZTOWN – The Mountie offense showed promise in the first half only being outshot 7-4 with three of the Mansfield shots being on target but it was not enough to overcome the 2-0 lead that Kutztown put up on the board in the first half.
Kutztown jumped out to the lead with a goal just under a minute and a half into the game with a goal by Carolynne Kahl with an assist by Crystal Zerbe. Kutztown extended the lead with a goal by Sam Moyer in the 33rd minute of play with an assist by Katie Oliveri.
Mansfield's
Samantha Deliere recorded four saves in the first 62 minutes of play while
Alexis Wilhelm came in to record four saves of her own. Hackleberg went the full 90 minutes with three saves.
Kutztown moves to a record of 13-3-2 overall and 10-3-1 in the PSAC while Mansfield ends their season with a record of 1-13-2 overall and 0-12-2 in the PSAC.
