What is #GiveBackMU?
The Mansfield University Athletics Department will highlight the many ways that Mountaineer programs give back to the community throughout the month of November with #GiveBackMU and will hold a special day of giving on Nov. 28
as part of the national Giving Tuesday campaign.

Community service and volunteerism is a cornerstone of the Mansfield Athletics Departments with Mountaineer student-athletes logging thousands of hours each year to support the local community and its residents. Throughout the month, the #GiveBackMU campaign will highlight some of the many ways that Mansfield University student-athletes have made an impact. Student-athletes will also be involved in a variety of community service efforts during the month.

The culmination of #GiveBackMU will be on Tuesday, Nov. 28 when Mansfield University Athletics partners with the Giving Tuesday fundraising campaign. Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.

How to Support Mansfield University Student-Athletes
The #GiveBackMU event on
Tuesday, Nov. 28 is a concentrated effort between alumni, supporters, and friends to show their Mountie Pride in collaboration with the global Giving Tuesday campaign that kicks-off the charitable season.
Gifts can be given directly to Mansfield University through a secure online donation site at Mansfield.edu/Give. Under the Gift Information section, supporters can click on "Mountie Club" to direct their gift to Athletics' Greatest Need, the General Athletic Scholarship, or to a specific program.

Gifts can also be sent through the mail or delivered in person. 100% of your gift is tax deductible.
