Mansfield Athletics

"Gib" started every football game through the 1956-1960 seasons, was captain of the '59 team, and led his team in tackles. Moore was nominated to the first team All-Conference and the Little All-American teams. He was named Mansfield's Athlete of the Year in 1960, and he was the first lineman inducted into the Mansfield Athletic Hall of Fame.
