He earned second team honors as a sophomore and first team recognition in both his junior and senior seasons. DeCecco played his first three seasons under head coach Chris Woods before playing his senior year under Jim Shiffer.

DeCecco never missed a play in his four seasons and is one of just four defensive linemen in school history to earn All-PSAC honors three times. He was also an All-Region and preseason All-American selection.

Â
Former players describe Moser as a champion of Title IX who provided many opportunities for women to compete in athletics at Mansfield. She will be posthumously inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Â
The 1992 Mansfield University baseball team is the most accomplished team in Mansfield's history. Under the direction of head coach
Harry Hillson and assistant coach Bruce Peddie, the '92 team captured the PSAC East title before winning the PSAC Tournament. The Mountaineers went on to win the North Atlantic Regional Championship to earn a berth in the 1992 NCAA Division II College World Series. Mansfield opened the World Series with wins over Livingstone and No. 1 ranked CAL-POLY SLO. The Mountaineers dropped their second game to CAL-POLY-SLO by a final score of 9-3, but came back to stun the top team in the nation again in the rubber match to vault Mansfield into the National Championship game against perennial power the University of Tampa.
Â
Mansfield took an early 4-0 lead in the title game, but Tampa came back with three runs of their own and eventually held an 11-8 advantage in the top of the ninth inning. In the ninth, Mansfield put a pair of runners aboard with two outs to set-up pinch-hitter Tom McCauley who drove the ball deep to centerfield before it was caught against the wall by a Tampa outfielder to end the game.
Â
Mansfield finished the season with a 39-12 overall record and was the first northern team to play in the NCAA Division II National Championship game. Catcher Alan Probst, outfielder Tim Fausnaught, second baseman Tony Galucy and third baseman Tim Fenton were all named to All-American honors that season.
Â
Bernard Feldman won 11 letters at Mansfield between 1936 and 1939, including four in football and four in baseball. Feldman was a member of the undefeated 1938 football team that posted an 8-0 record and won the State Championship. The '38 team allowed opponents to score just two points during the entire season.
Â
Feldman was one of the leading scorers in the nation in 1938, earning honorable mention Little All-American honors.
Â
He will be posthumously inducted into the Hall of Fame Legends category.
Â
The Alumni-Athletic Hall of Fame was established in 1983 with the purpose of recognizing the efforts and achievements of outstanding individuals.
